If you need to register/ title your car, make a driver’s license request, or update your address on your driver or vehicle information, the Mississippi Department of Revenue (DOR) and the Department of Public Safety (DPS) have made many of its forms available online.
Below you’ll find a list of PDF forms you can download and complete prior to heading to your local DOR or DPS agency. Note that there are other forms that cannot be found on this list so you may have to complete them in person. Use this form if you want to repossess a vehicle with a lien that has not been satisfied. Note that this form must be notarized.

If you need to update your address on your driver’s license, you’ll need to do it by visiting your local DPS in person. Prior to submission, make sure you provide the following:
